Kurt Gray is a social psychologist and The Weary Foundation Endowed Chair in the Social Psychology of Polarization and Misinformation at Ohio State University. He is the author of OUTRAGED and studies our moral minds and how best to bridge political divides. Gray directs the Deepest Beliefs Lab, which explores the psychology of morality, politics, religion and AI. He also directs the Center for the Science of Moral Understanding, which explores new ways to reduce polarization.

In this discussion, Gray shares the roots of what led him to his area of intellectual focus and what people can learn about the nature of conflict and repair.
